The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Serfas Drifter City Tire - 29 x 2.0:
Ride it daily, smooth roller, a little more balloony than expected. Picked up a small screw in one of the recessed treads causing a flat. Doubt it would have happened on the main bead. Great price for a good tire!

Comments about Serfas Drifter City Tire - 29 x 2.0:
Used on the front of my Trek 29er for about 400 miles the past month with no problems. Only ride on asphalt so can't comment on offroad handling. Seems to handle well on corners but I try to avoid loose gravel. More rolling resistance than my previous tire, but it was bald so I would expect more resistance. Grips well, but haven't tried it in rain. Bought another this week to replace back tire. Overall, a good tire for a great price.

Comments about Serfas Drifter City Tire - 29 x 2.0:
I've ridden my 16 mile commute several times a week for about 6 months without a flat. The inverted tread provides pretty low rolling resistance while still being durable and grippy enough to ride on moderate gravel and other unpaved trails. Corners well in dry conditions. When it's raining it makes suction-cuppy noises when I turn, which is kind of quirky and makes me a little wary, but it's probably good that I don't turn too hard in the rain anyway. The only drawback is that they're rather heavy, but for the durability and the price I can't complain too much. I do wish the 29er size came in a narrower option, like a 1.5.
