I just returned the one I bought b/c it ran really large. I would have used it for yoga class but I warn you to try it out first as I did b/c it was a little too revealing for me when in positions like forward bend or downward dog! The fit seems a bit odd but perhaps that was b/c it ran so large. Otherwise it is comfortable.
