    Comments about Burton Driver X Snowboard Boots - '09/'10:

    After riding several pairs of these during the past 6 years, I can't imagine going back to another boot. This is the most supportive boot I've seen yet. A major plus if you have had ankle injuries in the past. I'm a pretty aggressive rider, but these boots have allowed me to charge even harder.

    Although they require a long break in period, it is more awkward than painful. Once you are there, they offer nothing but pure power. I ride in these boots more than 130 days per season, and they definitely last for 2 seasons.

    They are super comfortable out of the box, the response/support is through the roof, and the traction of the Vibram sole makes hiking knife-edge ridges a lot easier. Let's just hope that Burton doesn't ever try to tame this boot.
