  • Contains sodium and potassium to help assist with rehydration and aid in electrolyte replenishment
  • For best results take 1 packet of chews 15 min. before activity, 1 packet every 30 - 45 min. during exercise and 1 packet within 30 min. of finishing; consume with water
  • Chews are gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and vegetarian; no artificial flavor, color, sweetener or preservative
