my job requires me to travel across the Alaska tundra to remote villages. i have a lot a wait time at air-fields. it is cold and windy all the time. the buff does its job as a stand alone, or layered with a balaclava, beaverskin hat, or stocking cap. very versatile. i'm glad i bought it.
