Both on the bike and on the PC, the Sigma ROX 9.0 answers just about all of your questions! Besides measuring altitude, inclination and temperature, you can use several sensors all at the same time.

  • New, digitally encoded 3-channel wireless STS (Sigma Transmission System) makes it possible to use the pulse measurement, speed and cadence transmitter sensors simultaneously
  • Then using the included docking station and DataCenter software, your trip data can be clearly displayed in graphic form and evaluated in detail on your PC
  • Clearly set out display is easy to read while on the move; top segments have a zoom function
  • Details from 7 trips can be saved on bike computer; system stores all total values since startup

The quick set up manual is like a comic strip! The actual manual is hard to follow. Unit is best programed off the computer. Once unit is programed, it works great and is very accurate. Two bike set up and tracking is great.

    Comments about Sigma Sport ROX 9.0 Wireless Heart Rate Bike Computer:

    Switched from a Polar F11/Cateye double wireless due to interference issues. Unit seems to work well and speed can be rear wheel mounted contrary to instructions.
    Note: Only used for about 3 road rides and 4 trainer rides so far.
    Pros: Seems to work well for all but HR. HR seems higher than Polar which I believe was accurate. Have had a few issues with it freezing as it tried to determine actual rate. Meaning stays high after a climb although now coasting and rate has dropped substantially.

    All other data seems pretty good. although I am not as confident with auto start/stop as with Cateye.

    Cons: Display: Some items pretty small to read (I'm over 40!). Can't display elapsed time and distance together.
    Software. Loaded on two machines but only one allows proper transfer. I am above average tech geek and tried three reinstalls. two emails to Sigma, no response. Software has errors. Max incline can be 10% with average at 17%! Not possible, just a calc error.

    I like the on bike functionality and can tolerate the problems. If I could not get the info to download to one of my computers I would have been very upset.

    Would recommend only with highlighting issues.
