    I purchased these shoes for my daughter to wear to school. They were so cute, fit within uniform guidelines and looked warm. The problem was that the strap broke the 2nd time she wore them. We have purchased Keen shoes many times before, so I thought the problem was just that pair. I returned them to the store, and they replaced them, mostly hassel free (minus the hassel of going to and from the store so many times). Now we have the second pair and they broke in the same place after only one wear. Will be returning these as well. Keen---please fix this problem!!!
