i got a few to go rafting for other people in the boat. and we lost a couple of people in a rapid and they worked fine.

    I've owned this PFD for about four years. It works quite well. I have the one with pockets for myself, and this one as a loaner for whomever climbs in a boat with me. I've had no complaints about chafing, ride-up, fit, etc. At least three people have used this vest, and not one has ever been in any danger when in the water.
