I can't comment on how this stands up as a running shoe since I don't run unless it's an emergency but I have been wearing this shoe at work for over a year now and have just bought my second pair.
I'm in a busy hospital, 12 hour shifts on my feet with a tremendous amount of walking. If I'm not wearing my XT Wings I start to have knee problems and subsequent increasing fatigue. With the XT Wings I'm good to go. No problems whatsoever with pronation or foot fatigue. They're great shoes and have taken a pretty good beating. I've retired the last pair because I finally broke one of the little channels that the lace runs through. The tread and arch were still in good shape. Ventilation is excellent.
