    I purchased these pants last year and they are my favorite! BUT, this years model are different. The petites are too short, the waist band is awkward, and the rise of the pant is weird - can't figure out if they are low-rise or high-rise. Same awesome fabric and stitching, but totally bummed about fit!

      I am 5'2" and these are the perfect fit and length for me. I bought a pair a year ago on sale and have come to realize that they are my favorite cold weather running pants and I also often wear them as casual wear while running errands/shopping and have even worn them to casual gatherings of friends. They look great and feel comfortable. Everyone's inseam is different but for me, they fit even when wearing them with my 2" high Dansko clogs, dipping below my heel in the back but not dragging on the ground. I like the slit on the sides and am thankful I don't have to hem them away. It's so hard finding cute, stylish running pants in petite sizes. More please REI. I'm willing to pay for them.

        One reviewer wrote that these pants are too short for her (she is 5'0"). I am 5'2" and they fit me perfectly. I live in them in the winter and don't know how I got along without them.

        I'm only 5'tall and these were the first petite length pants I've ever tried that were too short. I exchanged them for regular length which I'm trying to figure out how to shorten.
        I love the fabric enough to put up with the hassle of getting the right fit. I had similar pants by other manufacturer that were discontinued.

        I WEAR A SIZE 4-6 AND I'M 5'1" TALL....SO, I ORDERED THE SMALL "PETITE" IN THIS PANT. PROBLEM IS, IT'S CUT TOO SHORT FROM CROTCH TO WAIST; AND TOO SHORT IN THE LEG. DISAPPOINTING, AS OTHERWISE THESE ARE GREAT FITTING AND COMFORTABLE PANTS. THESE WILL BE RETURNED TO REI.
