Odd Fit for Marmot

        The reason to buy Marmot fleece is their understanding and fit of a woman's body. Oddly, this particular model falls way short of their usually flattering lines. I am tall, broad shouldered and large chested with slim hips and legs. Marmot usually accentuates my curves and features. THIS top is tight in the chest (XL) yet baggy elsewhere. It makes me look flat chested, big bellied and messy, rather like a lumpy russet potato. :( Not the usual flattering Marmot lines that we pay the premium price for.

        The photo here shows nice, smooth seams in the front around the zipper. The top I received was puckery and, well, plain lumpy, especially around the belly area. I have three other marmot tops and will continue to use the brand. I'm returning this one. If you are flat chested and pot bellied, this may be the cut for you.
