Have backpacked 1100 miles on AT with it and 800 with me in Adirondacks.Ive used it almost as often as lean-tos.For its size I think its light weight and thats how i justify carrying it.Its preformed great from late winter to late fall, sets up in minutes, freestands, and packs good. After having used smaller and lighter tents in foul weather, I just laugh now at the thought of shedding a pound off my tent.

This is a great tent when every ounce matters. The set up was the easiest I've experienced with a tent. I was using this tent in the Smokies in late fall to train for our Aconcagua expedition last year. It did have a little condensation and for two adults, it was a little bit on the narrow side. My fiance and I are average size. I'm more on the petite size and it seemed cramped for us. I highly recommend this tent if you're not using it for cold weather and don't mind the narrowness.

I got this tent to replace my old Sierra Designs Meteor Light tent on backpacking trips. I haven't been disappointed so far as it is lightweight, packs up small and sets up in seconds.
For car camping I still like to bring the Meteor Light because it's huge inside for two.

I used this in the wind/snow/dust on top of a mountain. It set up easy, light weight and had plenty of room. I didnt like the way the fly/door was set up, or that there wasnt a place to stash the door after it was open. after dark I got about a quarter inch of snow and the wind kicked up to 25-30 mph. the tent did stay standing but was bent over till the fabric touched my face while i was laying in my bag. that part wasnt that bad but the mesh let dust and snow drift in! I woke up to a layer of dust/snow all over everything. I'd say this is a two season tent....light duty. I'm trying to find someone to give this one to.

I bought this tent for me and my gear on cycling trips. I have used it several times this summer and am happy with the quality of the tent.
Many of the night I used it there was rain, including heavy rain and I stayed perfectly dry. There are no signs of fly wear or leakage after numerous set up and take downs.
I would suggest this tent as optimal size for one person and gear. The interior hold two "cozy" people but will not fit any gear with them. The small vestibule also limits the option of using that as storage if there are two people inside.
This tent is great for trips when I'm solo or in groups where multiple tents are around and gear is not stored in this tent.
