Comments about GSI Outdoors Pinnacle Griddle:
We liked this griddle for the easy to clean nonstick surface, light weight and channels in the side for collecting grease. Nevertheless, the flared handles make it a little tricky to pack with our other flat items. My biggest gripe, and this would be true of any thin griddle, was burner shaped patterns on the pancakes. This griddle still does a good job, and if you are placing extra value on lightweight, this is the griddle to pick. I've found that thicker, heavier griddles will distribute heat better and produce better pancakes.

Comments about GSI Outdoors Pinnacle Griddle:
I bought this griddle for expedition camping. The durable nonstick coating and lightweight sold me. The griddle cooked food great and really did eliminate hot spots! The exception and reason I had to return it to REI was that it warped the first time I put it on my stove (very hard to cook eggs!!). It's just too thin to be used hard.

Comments about GSI Outdoors Pinnacle Griddle:
Great for cooking the morning pancakes on. Little it of oil and nothing sticks. Firs well on the Coleman dual fuel stove and with both burners on low was able to produce the goods just like the one at home.
