Burley  Baby Snuggler

The smuggler is warm and secure for my baby since she was 5 months old and we love it. Expensive but has allowed us to use the ski setup sooner and not wait until she was big enough for the regular harness. She’s very comfy and cozy in it!

Definitely adds the extra support our baby needs to go on adventures at 5 months. She can almost sit up on her own but not fully.

I find this item absolutely useless. There is no additional support from the side except for some more padding. But its just flapping around instead of supporting the baby's head when bouncing from side to side. Also there's no more padding on the three lower straps, only for the shoulder straps. And since the lower part of the seat kind of folds inwards by its own when there's no baby in the seat, as seen on the pictures above, putting your baby in there needs some extra fumbling to adjust the snuggler so the baby doesn't sit on the side paddings. C'mon guys, you can do better! This item needs a complete overhaul! Until then, don't waste your money on this thing!

Got this as part of my early Christmas gift and I couldn't be happier! I have a 4 month old and she is so cozy and comfortable. I do think when summer comes the insert material may be a bit warm...but by then she won't need it. We are very happy with it and so is my baby!

It says in the instructions only to be used for walks. We only bought this thing for bike rides. Burley should make it more apparent that this thing can’t be used for bike rides. Quality is good though and I’ve actually used it on several walks. The baby seems to enjoy.

Material is soft and keeps my baby all snuggled inside. Helps a lot when on the road and baby is not bouncing around. Easily put seat in and there is still room for my toddler to sit too.

Quality materials. It seems comfy for my baby. I have twins, so we have the double trailer. One complaint is that the seat doesn’t seem to be very snugly secure in the larger seat apparatus, it’s mostly held in place by Velcro. It would be nice if there were more straps to secure it along with the Velcro. One use down, so far so good! Can’t wait to use it for more active things! So far we’ve just used it to stroll about but looking forward to jogging with it, and when they’re a bit older using it with the bike!

I'm a little torn on the Baby Snuggler. On the plus side, it is extremely well made and the fabric feels fantastic for our little one. What I don't like is how it doesn't create a comfortable looking fit. It looks like it squeezes in on our baby; it literally looks like it's giving her a bear hug and not necessarily in a comfortable way. Obviously she can't talk, so I left this a middle of the rode score because I don't know yet if she really likes it or not.

We bought this about a month ago for our 5-month old twins. It definitely does the job and would earn 4, maybe 5, stars, if the material was different. It is a nice soft material, but in the heat of Virginia (94 yesterday), it is way too hot. Our girls are small, so they need something like this to give them support, but with all the available material choices out there, Burley should offer another option for the summer months.
