The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Superfeet REDhot Premium Winter Insoles - Men's:
After buying these for my snowboard boots I felt zero difference in comfort, stability, warmth, or performance. The boots were fairly worn out and the original liners were well broken in. The Superfeet liners are stiffer and less adaptive to foot shape even after 15 days of hard riding on them. They also made no noticeable difference to the warmth of my feet. In my opinion these are a waste of [$]

Comments about Superfeet REDhot Premium Winter Insoles - Men's:
I found these really added to my overall fit and performance. My Boots felt like an extension of my foot, and my turns were way better. They really helped me stay out all day.

Comments about Superfeet REDhot Premium Winter Insoles - Men's:
I bought these insoles to replace the cheap felt pad that seems to be the standard in ski boots. Even the $600 Salomon Ghost Ski Boot comes with garbage felt insoles that look like they were cut out of a Chinese made car floor mat.
Instant improvement in fit and since my boots were already packed out, a nice snug fit again. I did notice that my toes did not get as cold as usual and this was more than likely due to not having to cinch up my boots so tight to get that glove like fit. I find that the arch is a little higher than what I am used to but I have very flat feet. This causes my feet to be a little tired at the end of the day of skiing but works great for adding edge control during skiing and is not uncomfortable, just different than what I am used to in my street shoes or boots. I like the Superfeet insoles and use the green or blue ones in most of my shoes. These are equally as good and very durable. They will definitely outlast my ski boots.
