        These are a great, no-gimmicky-frills, pair of shoes from a company with a great mission. I'm a slight over-pronator, and though these shoes are made for neutral runners, I couldn't beat the price point so I decided to give them a try. When I first put them on, I was a little concerned by how narrow the sole felt, however after one run my clodhopper feet beat these shoes into oh-so-comfortable submission. Now, a little over 20 miles later (on more or less flat pavement), the shoes are still holding up and offering plenty of support while at the same time feeling like they aren't even there. This is easily one of the most comfortable pairs of running shoes I've ever owned, and I can run with a smile on my face knowing that my feet are surrounded by recycled and planet-friendly materials. I'm interested to see how these hold up to longer runs and down the road when they have more mileage on them.

          The company's mission is obviously appealing, but is this a scenario where the tail's wagging the dawg??? NOT AT ALL! These dawgs are the real deal. In this day and age with labri/goldi-[*] (bear w/ me on this bad metaphor), unnecessarily overly complicated, gimmicky and expensive shoes, END has brought back a simple, straightforward, quality product that delivers. The soft heel design is phenomenal...cupping it and allowing for a more free foot motion without giving an inch on stability, grip and confidence at any moment or surface. These are the first shoes that I have experienced the complete "absence" of my feet on my runs. Only caveat is that these are lightweight trainers and probably best for <10 mi. on regular basis.

          I'm a runner, 5'11", 220 lbs. I usually run in adidas Supernova Cushions (now the Supernova Glide). I wanted to try END products due to the eco-friendly nature of the product. But for big guys like me, there just isn't enough support. They're soft, lightweight and comfortable - perfect for kickaround shoes, but not for serious running.
