These are nice basic flip flops. They look nice and are comfortable, even for all day walking around. I wore them on long day trips touring around Sochi, Russia in the summer and they stayed comfortable. But the little connector to the straps blew out long before the sole had appreciable wear. So I have to give this shoe a one star rating because they should last longer.

I use these sandals lightly. I do not wear daily and have only had them about a month. The thin layer of leather that your foot actually is on is already starting to peel off around the edges. Like the glue that bonds the leather to the actual sandal is wearing off. I have not gotten these sandals wet. They still look good, but I will see about getting them replaced to see if it was just a fluke. The sandals are comfortable, but I prefer my rainbows simply for the quality.
