Existing somewhere between sandals and shoes, Paradox slip-ons from Chaco blend the open-air comfort of sandals with the support and security of shoes.

  • Polyester webbing and elastic straps are woven together, offering a personalized fit to the uppers; synthetic leather sidewalls and toe bumpers provide protection
  • Instep straps adjust with a ladderlock buckle in the typical Chaco fashion; heel loops aid entry and exit
  • Heel pockets, collars and tongues are lined with soft synthetic suede for next-to-skin comfort
  • Chaco BioCentric™ footbeds and EVA/memory foam midsoles deliver pronation control and lateral stability for a well-supported, comfortable stride
  • Supportive nylon shanks provide torsional stability and protection from uneven terrain
  • Nonmarking, Getagrip™ high-friction rubber outsoles offer excellent traction and are composed of 25% recycled rubber

    I have been searching for a comfortable sandal with toe protection for some time. I have tried other brands but always found something uncomfortable, weight, fit in heal or toe, support, but the Chaco is outstanding in all regards. Wear it walking, in and out of the water, just for casual wear. It fits well, supports the foot, protects the toe, breathes, dries quickly, just an all around great shoe in keeping with all other Chaco products.
