    I use my REI mesh hat to play ultimate frisbee, hiking & jogging. I just love it!!! It is light weight and it breathes. Your head doesn't get hot.... the visor gives enough shade so that I do not have to wear my sunglasses. I love the sweatband in the hat,it keeps the sweat from dripping on my face. Looking forward to purchasing more of these....
