The Granite Gear Vapor day pack weighs just over 2 lbs. and easily holds enough gear for done-in-a-day adventures.

  • Padded, ergonomic harness offers all-day comfort and support
  • Dual-density foam lamination in back panel and hipbelt effectively cushions the load and absorbs shock
  • Front access panel zips open on both sides from top to bottom
  • Full-length Durastretch nylon/ spandex middle panel stretches and gives with the contents of the pack
  • Durastretch side pockets are large enough for quart water bottles or fuel bottles and will not snag on brush
  • Front straps and dual ice axe loops let you lash tools and other bulky items to the pack
  • Side compression straps double as extra lash points for trekking poles
  • The Granite Gear Vapor day pack is constructed with silicon-coated, 70-denier ripstop nylon for water resistance and durability

    Comments about Granite Gear Vapor Day Pack:

    I mainly use this pack for day hikes and snowshoeing. It's a good size for packing a light lunch, clothing layers for 1 to 2 people, raingear, and any other small items.

    Its very comfortable, and the padded hipbelt and harness stay snug and hug the hips and torso well enough with even a full load that I don't even notice it. My favorite feature is the add on accessory pouch that you can get specific for either the right or left side of your hipbelt. Its perfect for storing easy to get too items such as car keys, camera, headlamp, energy bar, etc.

    I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about this pack.
