Comments about Therm-a-Rest ProLite Sleeping Pad - Small:
This is my third Thermarest and I've always been happy with them! This time, at first, I was trying to save space and instead purchased the Big Agnes Air Core. I went into REI to pickup my online order and they let me try the Agnes out. Ugh, the Agnes was awful - felt like sleeping on an air raft - regardless of air adjustments. It packed up very small and was lighter but I knew I'd be miserable. So, I exchanged it for this Thermarest. Ahhhh... nice comfy and lightweight. I have a full size Thermarest that I use when I have more room but for my upcoming 3 weeks in Spain and Portugal I'm packing this since it's smaller yet still comfy. Plenty big for me - I'm 5'5" 120 so for me it's a roomy 3/4 size.

Comments about Therm-a-Rest ProLite Sleeping Pad - Small:
Being a side sleeper and doing a lot of sleeping on snow/glacier, I started finding a single foam pad not quite sufficient anymore. Looking to add some padding comfort but not much volume or weight to my pack, this therm-a-rest fit the bill. I have used it once sleeping on snow in tandem with a plain foam pad and felt no cold soaking up from below like I do with just the foam pad, and the pressure points on my shoulders and hips were greatly relieved.
I'm 6'2" and this makes a nice 2/3 - 3/4 length pad.
