Comments about Novara Laptop Pod Organizer:

The unit is styled nicely, and clips nicely inside my Novara Commuter Pack.

HOWEVER, it only protects you computer on four sides. The thin portion of your laptop (front, rear and corners)have minimal(lycra/spandex) protection.

I would recommend this to a friend ONLY with the caveat that they cut thin strips of some kind of a firm foam rubber and place them in the thin sides of the pack.

    So far I have only used the Laptop Pod for commuting to school, but I know that it will work well for any situation in which I need my computer with me. A descent amount of padding assures me that if I DO fall, the computer wont me hurt. Has great storage pockets! My 14" wide screen fits very snug in it. A must have if you're in a situation like me.
