Cushioned for running on tough trails, Brooks Cascadia 4 shoes feature adaptable posts to adjust to terrain irregularities and provide stability.

  • Durable synthetic leather/polyester mesh uppers with microfiber overlays are lightweight and airy for quick drying and quick draining
  • Polyester linings absorb and disperse moisture for enhanced comfort; removable insoles add cushioning
  • BioMoGo midsoles feature a special polymer compound formulated to resist compression and rebound more quickly than standard EVA
  • Midsoles also feature a natural additive that encourages faster breakdown in landfills
  • Medial and lateral Pivot Posting system helps outsoles adapt, offering stability on uneven surfaces
  • Silicone-based HydroFlow® system at heels and forefeet features fluid-filled center chambers that damp shock
  • Forefoot Ballistic Rock Shields protect feet from sharp rocks

      Great shoe, good traction on hilly technical conditions. Plus when running in muddy conditions the traction lugs go not hold mud. Brooks shoes tend to fit me good due to I have narrow ankles.

        By far, the best trail shoe I have used in 20 years. Great for all terrain from the desert to the high peaks. Have done lonnngggg trail races with no blisters or other problems, even when my feet were wet. Can be worn in a tough 50 mile trail race or further after five miles to break in. No complaints.

          These shoes work great for me. I wear a size 45 shoe, and the 11.5 fits me perfect. I live a 1/2 mile from the park where I normally run and these shoes have been perfect for the short road run and then 5-10 miles on mixed trails of packed earth and a little gravel. They feel light to me and they're very comfortable. Even if I were to run more on the roads, I think these shoes could handle it.

          Great Trail Running Shoe. Good Traction especially in mud and technical descents. The only issue is the foot beds do breakdown a little prematurely, but are easy to replace with an off the shelf footbed.

            I run the trails here in th SF/Oakland Bay Area. We have a challenging and beautiful trail network here and these shoes handle all the conditions fantasticaly. From fire roads to single track to vertical accents and descents the Brooks Cascadia 4 nails it. These shoes actually got me out of my TNF Rucky Chucky's. Wore them for a recent 50k and they were great. I better get another pair before Brooks messes them up with the next version. Oh they may even improve them, and that would be good too.
