      This short is really comfortable for running and working out. It has a zipper pouch in the back and a built in liner which is really convenient. I have not experienced any chafing when running and the liner support is great. The fabric is very light but strong and dries very fast after washing. Compared to some other shorts this one feels high quality and seems to be made to endure intense physical excercise. I thorougly am glad I purchased this.
