Bought these shorts after long consideration, was looking for the same protection my Pi Ultra Sensor lycra shorts provide with the baggy look and feel. I wasnt looking to compromise on either though.

After a 1 hour ride on Saturday and a 2 hour ride on Sunday I can say with confidence that these are great shorts. Extremely comfortable (no chaffing at all) they breath well and like my Ultra Sensors my skin is cool to the touch.

If your looking for a great pair of shorts from a reputable name that dont cost a lot of $$, get these shorts.

    I was looking for a good pair or two of shorts for biking. After reviewing several sites, I purchased these and the Attack shorts. I have to say these are my favorite. I love being able to bike in them and then pulling the liner (butt pad) and wearing them out to places that a spandex-tight short would not be acceptable. For someone new to having a the extra padding, it only took one 10-miler to realize how much better the backside felt.

    I like the style and the wrap around pockets on the sides. The back pocket is also a plus for stashing an energy bar.
