      Stylish shirt with nice sized hidden side pockets, so can be used for casual wear, but definitely not for travel because of the weight factor. To REI, please consider this design using fabric for the sahara shirts - nylon.

      I really liked the desert rose color and the shirt overall fit well. What I don't like it about it are the sleeves. I'm a more petite person so the sleeves just were too big/too short looking for me. They seemed too puffy and didn't sit right so I returned the shirt since I wasn't comfortable with that sleeve style. It also seemed a bit heavy but might work better for others, just not petite.

        I bought both the green and red just before I left for Europe. I needed shirts which could be worn 2 or even 3 times without serious washing. These shirts looked great no matter what I did while wearing them! I LOVE them. I was in a rush when I bought them so I didn't even notice the side seam pockets which I used every time for cash and credit cards! I am making my buddy borrow these shirts for her Alaska trip!!!
