      I've never worn a diaper, but it probably feels like these shorts. I'm a casual weekend warrior mountain biker and own several pairs of mountain bike shorts, but none of them feel this strange. The padding is very stiff and the fit is just odd. Maybe the pad will break in, but I'm returning the shorts

      I'm doing my second RAGBRAI this year so I've put a lot of miles on my bike the last 2 years. I liked the first pair of these shorts so much I bought a second pair. No regrets. They feel good over long distances and in hot weather. One pocket had a hole in it that was easily stitched up. No other faults. I'm well satisfied with this product.
