Comments about REI Stratocruiser Wheeled Luggage - 18'':
I love this bag! I just took my first overseas trip and took this bag as my carry-on to ensure I arrived with something for my trip! This bag rolls easily and fit in the overhead of every single plane (large and small). It holds a lot of stuff but didn't take up too much room. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver in and out of planes, taxis and the occassional horse drawn cart! I would recommend this bag to anyone!

Comments about REI Stratocruiser Wheeled Luggage - 18'':
I have used this great little bag for several personal and business related short trips and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling and especially for those not wanting or needing to check their bag. This bag is light weight, easy to maneuver, roomy, and great looking. It is easy to carry when walking down the airline aisle-even if you have a purse or computer bag. And it is easy to lift into the over-head compartments. And this bag is also great when traveling by vehicle, as it is easy to carry or roll to and from your hotel room. If you need a small stylish bag.... I recommend this bag!!

Comments about REI Stratocruiser Wheeled Luggage - 18'':
I should admit that I do NOT own this bag, but have looked at it carefully at our local REI, and would have bought it if I didn't already own two Patagonia carry-on bags, one with, and one without wheels, an Orvis carry-on wheeled duffle, and a Tumi carry-on one-suiter. This bag is the ideal size for those whose air service will sometimes or always require them to take a "regional jet," whose overhead bins are a bit smaller than full-size. This has a widely opening top, and a front pocket for tickets, a book, and the like. Quality seems to be maybe half a level below the Patagonia, i.e., still very adequate. It is best suited for a long weekend, rather than the sort of week-long trip one can do with a carefully-packed Patagonia MLC, which is somewhat larger, and has no wheels (but does have backpack straps.) I may yet sell the Orvis bag, and get one of these Stratocruiser bags...but for now, my wife won't tolerate my having FIVE carry-on bags!
