Great idea, at first, for an entryway/protection for your gear. but, with a [$], we found that it wasn't a great value. it was difficult to get the vestibule to reach the ground level, so there was a gap at the bottom...not a good thing for weather protection. additionally, it didn't add much space for gear.we love the Hobitat and will be using it for years to come, but will be returning the vestibule b/c of the lack of value & functionality.

I have been wanting a raincover for my hobitat for sometime. Got this and used it on the coast of Washington State. It is a bit difficult to set up solo (as is the tent). But we were car camping so the whole family pitched in and it was very easy.

There is a perfect gap around the bottom of the vestibule for ventilation and condensation control. Even with it all buttoned up we experienced minimal condensation. More importantly it was on the rain fly instead of the inside of the coated tent fabric. It is well designed sturdy and quiet in a strong wind.
