Comments about Cannondale Rize 4 Bike - 2009:
For the money this is a GREAT full suspension bike. Easy to set up and go ride. For a 5 inch bike it climbs well. But the best part is returning to sea level. The bike handles very well and predictable. The only thing I changed right away were the Maxxis (bike path tread) tires to Kenda Nevegals. My only complaint is the Shimano shifter/derailleurs don't like to shift onto the 34t when under load. They shift onto the 34 then drop back to the next gear down. If you hold the shifter until it makes a full revolution then it stays put. I'm still fiddling with it and its getting better. The way this bike rides and handles will make you a better, faster more confident rider. I let several friends ride it, and two of them bought them.

Comments about Cannondale Rize 4 Bike - 2009:
this is a great bike. the front and rear fox shocks are smooth along with the frame, which is very sturdy. bombing downhill is awesome. adjust the propedal and lockout makes for a great climber, with very little bobbing despite propedal off. front derailleur could be a bit smoother, but tuning it up makes it efficient. brakes tend to squeak like mad. difficult to adjust. but this bike is fast. on my first twenty miles the brakes were catching, and still the bike was faster than my other ride, a k2 apache. adjusted the brakes, smooth, but squeaks with strong braking. one caveat, i got a small frame when i usually use medium frames. glad i did, this bike has a high sitting top tube. as i bought this over the net, never sized until riding it. would recommend a smaller size than you'd expect. tires and wheels would also need upgrading. but sufficient.
