      This is a nice bottle with everything I wanted. The only problem is it becomes useless when you lose the very small rubbery plastic plug in the cover that regulates the flow when drinking. I lost it down the drain while cleaning it and without it it drips all over when you tip it up to drink. I can't seem to find any replacements for it either. I will probably just plug the hole with gum or something but it is shame such a good design is totally useless without a very easy to lose piece!

      My new bottle came with little cracks around the vent hole. The little rubber stopper has been lost and now the bottle leaks badly when drinking or on its side in the backpack. The cap for the sip top is annoying and unnecessary. The inside of the sip top is impossible to clean. I returned my bottles for a refund and bought the classic CAMELBAK BPA FREE plastic bottle 750ml. It has a great lid! My search continues for a decent stainless steel bottle.

        I got this as a gift. It's not bad, as long as you don't mind drinking from the little pull-up spout. I carry bottles like this with me everywhere; in the car, for work, school, everything and I like to use them for coffee and other types of beverage besides water. This isn't really designed for that. It's built pretty well, but the lid is kind of crummy. The lid I have from my other bottle (which I love except for the fact that it is plastic) does fit, but doesn't seal. This is a decent product, but not compatable with the features I am used to with other products, and does not offer any alternative lid options.

          I know others have had issues with a rubber stopper, but I haven't I have two of these and use them rather regularly and have had no issues so far. Generally we clean the lids in the sink and not the dishwasher because I know that can sometimes cause the rubber pieces to come loose. The bottle is a slim design so it fits nicely into most drink holders.
