Comments about Trails Illustrated Pisgah National Forest Trail Map:

This map served no useful purpose for me. Terrain features were grossly misstated and permanent structures were nonexistent on the map. If you have lots of time and like to wander down the "less traveled road", this is the map for you. But, if you're on a planned timetable for a rendezvous,I'd purchase a true WGS gridded map. Thankfully I was able to utilize my military navigation skills to overcome the inaccuracies on this map.
