all finishings on bag are of high quality.

bag is perfect for short trips however gets suprisingly heavy when full. if you plan to lug around a bit go for something with wheels.

rei's customer service is great. have no problems with their international service.

REI handles all issues and answered questions promptly and effectively.

one of the first places online I check if I need anything.

    I'm just getting started into snowboarding, but this bag is awesome.
    It's rare that you can find a padded snowboard bag for under $50, rei-outlet.com rocks.

    The bag is great, it holds my board, boots and bindings. And if you take the bindings off it could old 2 boards.
    Very happy.
