- Waterproof leather and double-density thermoplastic urethane uppers provide exceptional protection against extreme conditions
- Front zippers and heel loops make entry/exit quick and easy; baffled polyester mesh at tongues keeps out debris, snow and moisture
- Features Polartec® 200 Thermo insulating lining over 400 gram Primaloft™ insulation to maximize warmth
- Linings are treated with AEGIS Microbe Shield® to keep boots fresh
- Features molded thermoplastic urethane shells and backstays with snowshoe strap ridges; front gaiter d-ring simplifies gaiter use

These are great boots for walking in snow, on ice or slopping through the wet woods with your dog. They feel very substantial on your feet and offer exceptional traction on icy surfaces. Very comfortable right out of the box. They are utterly waterproof. They are rated to -40 but that's if you're walking or working. Be cautioned that if you are sitting still for hours with your feet dangling in the cold, they'll feel cold at much warmer temperatures even in these boots.
I was surprised by how good they stick to icy surfaces. Another caution is that the cleats are aggressive but don't clear mud very easily so you'll be tracking dirt all over the place for days after wearing them in the slop unless you leave them in the mud room or clean them off. I have the lace ups and my girlfriend has the zip ups. She loves the zipper for easy on, easy off. Be sure to lock the zipper by pressing it forward after zipping up or the zipper will creep down and you'll think it's broken.

Poorly designed. Beware. After taking a few steps my boots would start to unzip. I was constantly having to lean over and zip them up, otherwise they'd start to fall off my feet. Made it hard to walk. I do not recommend these boots. When I returned them at the store I saw several other people looking at them, I told them what happened and they said, "I wondered if the zipper would come undone..." Guess I should have thought of that before I bought them.

I originally bought these for the great brand name and needed a warm boot for snowmobiling and ice fishing.
The boots were warm and kept the water out, but when you have to bend over every 30 minutes t keep pulling them up it defeats the purpose of what they are suppose to do.
Luckily my winter pants had a liner in them to prevent any water or snow from entering.
I retunrned them after that weekend.

I ordered a half size larger and it seems great after the first two times putting the boots on. I thought they were too small, now they make walking or working in the snow and ice almost pleasant. My youngest daughter has been eyeing them.

I am a skier and was looking for a comfortable boot to wear up to the mountain. Easy entry and removal was a must and needed comfort for driving. This is a pretty great boot, warm, dry, comfortable and I love the front zip entry. It makes putting them on and taking them off very easy while balancing on a tail gate getting booted up for skiing. The added bonus was the comfort and they have been great for foul weather dog walking. I did buy a half size up.
