      Bought these as an extra layer to survive the cold of the bust stop here in Madison. While these do serve ok as an extra layer in mild cold, they have zero stretch to them. Though they do fit, I find them extremely uncomfortable to sit in because rather than either stretching or adjusting to a bent leg, they just pinch and cut off my circulation. I hope REI will take these back.

        I wear these everyday when it's cold, like 20F and below. I wear cargo pants or jeans over them and it feels warm and doesn't feel tight, just right.
