          Comments about O2 COOL Water Misting Fan:

          Took out of the package, put in new batteries, filled with water, pressed the on button - nothing. Put in a different set of brand new batteries - still nothing.

          I could tell it was not good-quality upon taking it out of the packaging. Very cheaply made. Returned it to REI for a refund.
