      I LOVE this leash!!!! I am a professional pet sitter & have my own dogs as well. So, a leash is a daily tool for my job. I love the fleece lined handle the best. It is soft, does not slide around in your hand And is perfect for any season. It makes walking the dog more pleasant whether your dog pulls or walks perfectly. The handle does not collect dog hair like regular fleece does. Neither does the hemp leash itself. Some other soft leashes (ie cotton) do collect hair. It is soft, comfortable & machine washable. The 5 foot length is perfect. They usually come in 4ft or 6ft lengths.

      And of course I like that hemp is Earth friendly! I am not using any of my other leashes since I bought this one. I am ordering the collars for my dogs as well.

      The only negative is that it only comes in 3 colors. I am waiting for more of a selection.

      I received this leash as a gift when I got my new puppy. I've used it for 4 months now and it looks and works great. Very comfortable, and very durable. No signs of wear at all. We have the green leash, and it does stain, but, there's no sign of wear. I frequently walk another dog who has the same leash, which is several years old. After at least 2 years the leash has held up great.

        I've had this leash for about a year and a half now and it's still looking and working great! The handle is soft and like the other review says, it doesn't collect dog hair.

        When I first bought it, I sprayed it with a waterproof spray (it IS Oregon...) to help it stay clean, so I'm not sure if it's the spray or the least itself, but for all the times it's gotten wet or a little dirty, it dries out really well and doesn't stay dirty!

        I also wish there were some more colors, but other than that, I'll never buy another brand of leash!
