Comments about SmartWool Booties Set - Infants':
Our newborn wears these almost every day, as does our toddler, 10yr old, and 12 1/2 year old. Our kids love them so much that they wear them out, but it take awhile! After multilple washings and dryings our mulititude of smart wool socks have not fallen apart nor shunk. These baby sock are cushioned and usually keep our babies feet warm even in Alaska. They are not itchy either but remain soft even new!

Comments about SmartWool Booties Set - Infants':
When I was pregnant I bought the newborn smartwools with the non-slip bottoms, and they were best socks I bought for my baby - they stayed on great. So when we were in REI the next time we bought these socks in size 3-6 month. I washed them before using them, and they shrank so small they don't even fit on my son's feet. The wool deteriorated, too. So I paid [$] for two pairs of socks my son can't wear, and I did not save the packaging or receipt because I loved the first pairs that I bought. I used to be a big Smartwool fan, but not so much anymore.

Comments about SmartWool Booties Set - Infants':
These look nice but are just socks. The pictures show the correct color but there is no padding on the bottoms or any sort of non-skid material on the ones I received. The description and pictures should be changed. I will be returning these.

REI response:Our apologies, the original photo mistakenly showed non-skid soles. We've since updated the photo.
