I just got these shoes two days ago and I think they are amazing shoes. They have great cushioning and they absorb shock really well. I used them for inside gym workout on elliptical machine ( I can't run yet because of knee problems) and after just 20 min my toes went numb. It happened every time I used them. I couldn't tell that these shoes were narrow from just trying them on, but after exercising for a while I realized they weren't wide enough. I am thinking about exchanging them for a different pair of shoes. So, overall, these shoes are high quality and have great shock absorption, but they are not wide enough even if you have just average width feet like me.
I run 5k several times a week, and needed new shoes. I received a gift card, and thought what better way to use it! In general, it's a good running shoe... however, anyone who is a runner knows your feet swell while running... So I got the shoe a size bigger... but the shoe is too narrow for my feet, so my toes start to numb by the end of my run :-( NOT a good thing... I shouldn't have to buy a man's shoe so I can run, I'm a woman! So in this aspect, I am a little disappointed that I spent the money for this pair of shoes. Positives? I haven't had any shin splints! I feel they provide good support to my high arches. They provide good support for my run... if you have skinny skinny feet and like to run... Go for it, these are awesome. If you have normal to wide feet, move on to something else.
