      My husband loves this fleece and I think it's cute on him too. He had an old favorite fleece that was getting worn out so it was time for a new one. He wears it every day almost. Good buy!

        I bought this as an insulating layer for underneath a windproof outer layer (Mountain Hardware, not TNF).

        This jacket is extremely versatile, in the sense that it has comfort, style, and warmth. It's not something I'd wear as a stand-alone jacket in the WINTER, but I've warn it to work and meetings in the fall, and it's kept me warm.

        Like all standard fleeces, this jacket is incredibly warm, but allows too much wind to rush through it on a cold day. However, nowhere does TNF state that it will keep you warm in the wind, so this is completely understandable and acceptable.

        Last winter, I had a similar North Face "jacket" that was a 1/4 zip pullover. I wore it with a down vest through the winter, and -- provided it wasn't too windy out -- was INCREDIBLY comfortable in it. I imagine that by coupling this jacket with a windproof layer, it will serve exceptionally well as a winter combo for hiking or relaxing.

        In a nutshell, this jacket's great for lounging around the house, for going shopping, or for meeting a significant other's parents for the first time. It is an exceptionally versatile piece of clothing, and my only concern is that it's too warm to wear more over the rest of the year.

          I purchased three of these: one for myself for everyday wear, one for my husband for drizzly, windy, fall golfing, and one for my daughter's boyfriend for lightweight, but warm cycling. We all love this jacket!
