I wear these rain or shine to take my dog for long walks outside. They keep you warm and toasty outside and they are not too hot to wear inside. They make a little swoosh noise when I walk but I like it. They are EXTREMELY comfy with a soft light fleece type lining. I really love these pants and they have been worth every penny so far.
