Handy electronics holster

I have used Nite Ize products for several years now. I use this one in particular to hold (at one time):

Cell Phone
Pager
Pen (Fisher Space Pen)
Leatherman Skeletool
Leatherman bits
Mini Mag Light
Credit cards and license
Spare battery for pager.

The only trouble I have had with these products (I have had 4 diffrent Nite-Ize holsters.) Is that the elastic tends to wear out somewhat quickly. The "Tooth Ferry" loop gets broken very quickly and the sleeve for the Mini Mag Light is almost too loose to contain the light after about a year. But for the price, they are the best holsters I have found and will continue to replace them as they wear out.
