Comments about Yakima StickUp Hitch Rack - 2 Bike:
I have confisdence in Yakima. They stand behind their products and make good stuff.
I found this item a bit large and heavy for my small car 1.1/4 hitch. When it was folded up it could interfere with the rear lights on one side. I found it also to to be heavy. It is still useable and very good but in my openion it works best for larger car or SUV.
I am going to return mine and get something smaller and lighter. I had before a Sport Rack from Canada that folded up but got damaged during a car accident. Something you have to take in consideration when you buy this kind of racks as some one could hit it from behind. Make sure you put some reflective tapes on the mast and the edges to make it visible.

Comments about Yakima StickUp Hitch Rack - 2 Bike:
This is a solid rack. It is relatively simple to install, and it takes me about 20 seconds to load my bike on after a ride. There are just a few drawbacks to this rack. First of all, the hardware (screws, bolts, etc) will rust very easily. I finally had to coat them with a lube/grease to prevent this rusting. With the price you pay for this rack, it seems silly that certain parts rust so easily. Secondly, you have to REALLY make sure you push the arm down on the frame tightly when loading your bike. I didn't for one long trip, and my road bike somehow bounced off the back and dragged on the highway!! Luckily, the damage was very minimal, but the fact that the frame somehow found a way to come under the arm is a little scary. Since then I've had no problems.
Overall though, a good rack worth the money.

Comments about Yakima StickUp Hitch Rack - 2 Bike:
Poor design for FJ Cruiser and freeride bicycle frames. No clearance for rear bike because of spare tire, couldn't get freeride bike to fit under mast hooks, shaky connection to hitch, no clearance for back door to open, and weak bicycle hold down capability. Spare tire rack was more convenient, even with top tube adapters and struggling to lift and connect bikes. I wasted a lot of gas to return this rack.
