I purchased this shirt for water aerobics. I know, water aerobics? But out pool is super cold and I usually work out prior to the class so I am even more sensitive to the water. I have tried other shirts but this one keeps my "core" warmer. Obviously in water you will feel the temp but at least I am not turning blue or shaking uncontrollably like in the past. Love the hawaiian design on the sleeves too! Fits snug as it is suppose to and it is easier to take off while in the water!
