    I borrowed this vest for use white water rafting on the south fork of the american river. Its very comfortable and nonobtrusive. Also very adjustable. I'm 5'10", 170lbs but It fit my friend at 6'3" over 200lbs. I think it was a size medium. When I need a vest I'll buy this one.
