Not bad if you add extra rice.

Considering how expensive backpacking food can get, this is a pretty good deal, and if you cook it with additional rice, you can easily double the serving and cut down on the sodium. (As far as cooking it, I generally dont find boiling water to be sitting around at campsites either, but then again, thats why they makes campstoves.)

High Sodium

Wow! 2000mg of sodium! That is enough to kill you off. And the chemical additives. Virtually no fiber. Finding boiling water at a campsite is not easy. This stuff is very unhealthy.
