Comments about Freeplay Sherpa X-Ray LED Flashlight:
I bought this light to take with me on a recent camping trip. I found the light exceeded my expectations of the 7-LED flashlight in nearly every way. The crank is easy to use, and the unit does have a USB connection where I quickly connected my solar panels (must purchase separately) to charge the internal batteries. The switch on the top of the unit is easy to use, even with gloves on. The aft button is the more dim setting, the forward button is the bright setting. Walking through the woods at night was easy with the light this flashlight gives out with decent beam penetration.
While some may complain that this product doesn't have the lumens of a halogen or krypton system, the fact that this flashlight won't ever need bulb replacements, or it's batteries replaced, means that in an emergency, this is the light to have.
