The REI Member Dividend

This clock would be useful if it wasn't for one serious design flaw: the nightlight stays on when the alarm is set. It can't be turned off. So if you like to sleep in a dark room, you're out of luck. The nightlight also drains the batteries.

Great travel clock if you just need to use the clock and not features. I would not buy it again. The "nightlight" stopped working within a month. The switch on the side for switching between alarm, time set, alarm set, etc is not very visible and it is too small - so it is difficult to determine if you are setting the alarm or time, for example. The battery cover on the back kept slipping off and the batteries came out a few times. Pain in the butt to reset every time it happened.

This clock is simply poorly made. Light does not turn off which can be annoying, battery panel comes off, plastic stand broke off right away. Thank goodness for duct tape because that is what kept this clock going while I was overseas. Do not buy it!

Used it a my "watch fob" while traveling... fits in shirt pocket where I usually keep my cell-phone. Substituted for cell-phone "clock" feature while traveling internationally.

The bright green light was a great flashlight for navigating the dark hidden recesses of my hotel room at night.

I have the older model of this but based on the other reviews it looks like it still has the same design flaws. I bought this to be used for traveling in another country for 3 weeks. The battery panel came off while it was in my bag more than once. The front plastic casing thing broke. For the features, it is good but not knowing what time it was, it quickly became useless.
