    The REI Member Dividend

          Comments about REI Neck Security Wallet:

          I bought this wallet for a two week trip to England. I had read about 'pick-pockets' at major tourist locations. I had this item in-between an under shirt and an outer shirt and was tucked 1/2 way into my pants.

          I was keeping my US driver license, health insurance card, Passport and currency in the wallet.

          Well into my trip, I went to take out the wallet and I observed that one of the two connecting straps had torn away!!! Upon closer inspection a total of four stitches connect the straps to the wallet.

          Very poor construction and the fact that you would be only four stitches away from possibly losing ALL your identifying information (in a foreign country) is NOT cool.

          With the travel market and REI's attempt to provide the products for us gear heads; I expect more from them and their products.

          Needless to say, I will be returning this wallet.
