Comments about Kelty Kangaroo Infant Carrier:
This looked like a great product. At the time of purchase it fit both my husband and I. Once the baby belly was gone, the size would not get small enough for my waist (size 4). It also didn't take the weight off of the shoulders and transfer to the hips. There is not enough support for the newborn with their lack of neck/head control. His head would flop all over the place.
We did love the sun/wind/rain protector that came with the product!

Comments about Kelty Kangaroo Infant Carrier:
This carrier was not appropriate when our son was just born, as there is not enough neck support. Starting at about seven weeks, he fit well and became really comfortable. You set it up like a serious backpack (it's a Kelty!), so it provides excellent support when properly fitted. My wife and I both enjoy using it. It's often the only place our eight-week old son relaxes when he's cranky. Put him in and stroll around the house and he's as happy as a clam. It's very comfortable to wear, as well. We're delighted!!

Comments about Kelty Kangaroo Infant Carrier:
The carrier's back support is VERY poor, and they always ride high regardless of how often you adjust the shoulder straps, etc. We used it for our kid from 10lbs and up, just fyi. Also the shoulder straps will rub the baby's face, causing some pain so be aware. The set up is very easy, and frontal pocket is good design. Construction was poor as the velcro holding the privacy screen was off on one side and the other was coming off (I'm using a safety pins). I'd love to see improvement on the back support, because at the end of the day, if they are not comfortable, no one wants to wear it, period.
